In the first major step of construction, the college board is due to approve a grading contract at a special meeting Thursday, and that work is due to begin in mid-June, James Schrage, the campus dean of physical plant and facilities planning, said Tuesday. ``We're ready for full mobilization See: mobilization. ,'' Schrage said. ``Grading is the last step before we begin actual construction work.''
