SEC proposes rules to implement Sarbanes-Oxley Act reforms. (SEC News).


In late October, the SEC voted to propose rules and amendments to implement provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

To read the proposals visit www.sec.gov/news/press/2002-155.htm.

Comments will be accepted for 30 days following publication of the proposals in the Federal Register.
