SDRC will continue to offer its software products on the IBM RS 6000 platform on a worldwide basis.'' From 1981 through 1993, IBM marketed SDRC's software under IBM's trademark name ``CAEDS.'' In order to ensure uninterrupted service for current CAEDS customers, SDRC has introduced an incentive program. License charges for customers migrating to I-DEAS Master Series from CAEDS Version 4 will be waived by SDRC and SDRC's standard maintenance and support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services will be offered. This will allow for a smooth transition for this important customer base.
