SCHOOLS SPOTLIGHT ROUTES OF STUDY STUDENTS, PARENTS INVITED TO NIGHT OUT.

LANCASTER - The Antelope Valley Union High School District The Antelope Valley Union High School District (A.V.U.H.S.D.) is located in the Antelope Valley area of California, in northern Los Angeles County.

The district includes eight public high schools, one trade school, and two continuation high schools in the cities of Palmdale
 will host its annual Career Academy/Pathway Information Night from 6 to 7:30 Feb. 17 at several schools.

Eighth-graders and their parents are invited to learn about the career academies, pathways and other specialized programs at the local high schools.

At most campuses, educators will offer an overview of all the programs, and then students and parents can visit the specific career academy or pathways.

Antelope Valley High School Antelope Valley High School is located in Lancaster, California and is part of the Antelope Valley Union High School District. It was founded in 1912[1]. It is located in the Mojave Desert. , 44900 Division St., Lancaster, near Avenue I and Division Street: Information Systems Academy, Agriculture, Consumer Family Science (Education/Child Development, Foods), Auto, Junior ROTC and AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination), a college prep program.
