SCHMIDHAUSER NAMED CHAIRMAN AND CEO OF SEILER SEPC AG

 JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Seiler SEPC AG, a 100 percent owned subsidiary of Seiler Pollution Control Systems, Inc. (Bulletin Board: SEPC) (Seiler USA), today announced the employment of Paul Schmidhauser as chairman of the board of directors and CEO of SEPC AG as of Jan. 1, 1994.
 Mr. Schmidhauser's position as CEO of the SEPC AG will orchestrate the marketing for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and he will work closely with Seiler USA in technical and production standards for Seiler.
 Mr. Schmidhauser is of Swiss nationality. From 1977-1983, Mr. Schmidhauser was a vice president of W+E Unwelttechnik AG, a subsidiary of Asea-Brown Boveri (ABB). In this position, Mr. Schmidhauser was employed in the area of environmental pollution control technology. He was commissioned by the board to represent W+E and ABB in marketing strategies including negotiations and selling licenses. On behalf of W+E, Mr. Schmidhauser developed substantial contacts and business relationships in the Far East.
 From 1983, Mr. Schmidhauser was employed by Diethelm & Co. AC in the capacity of marketing high tech machine equipment and, in particular, establishing representative offices in Southern and Eastern Europe, Austria and Holland.
 Seiler Pollution Control Systems is a toxic waste disposal concern which in July 1993, acquired rights to a new technology called high temperature vitrification which treats a potentially wide variety of waste products. The vitrification process transforms hazardous waste into a non-toxic glass substance which can either be stored in a non- hazardous waste landfill or be recycled. Applications include treating paint residues as they occur in the automotive industry.
