The breakfast serves many functions. It allows NRPA leadership and NRPA Mid-Year Forum delegates to honor and recognize those members of Congress who have worked to advance the goals of parks and recreation. It allows NRPA members and delegates the opportunity to meet and mingle with members of Congress and their staff.
