(the "Corporation") provides the following report on the progress made by it during the past six months. The Turbo Genset Company Ltd., which is a subsidiary of SCC Resources Inc. is currently responsible for the development of a new permanent magnet high speed generator that can be driven by a small gas turbine. The Corporation has continued to make good progress over the past six months and is maintaining its target for a launch of a 50kW genset in 1995. The first 50kW gas turbine was delivered to Imperial College in November 1994 and ran successfully. The second gas turbine has also been completed by our supplier and is now due for delivery. The next milestone is the integration of the high speed generator with the gas turbine which will take place in the first quarter of this year. Work on the European Commission European Commission, branch of the governing body of the European Union (EU) invested with executive and some legislative powers. Located in Brussels, Belgium, it was founded in 1967 when the three treaty organizations comprising what was then the European Community project for a turbogenerator powered hybrid electric vehicle A hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is a vehicle which combines a conventional propulsion system with an on-board rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) to achieve better fuel economy than a conventional vehicle without being hampered by range from a charging unit like an is making sound progress. This project is being lead by the Rover Group Rover Group plc was the name that was given by the British government, in 1986, to the state-owned vehicle manufacturer British Leyland or BL. After divesting of its commercial vehicle and bus manufacturing divisions the company by then consisting of the car manufacturing and The Renault Car Company has now joined the project. The vehicle which a Rover vehicle, will use a version of the Corporation's turbogenerator of 50kW electrical power. There is also the possibility of a second European project for hybrid railcars utilising a turbogenerator of high power. If this contract is awarded it will finance the development of such a unit. The commercial prospects for turbogenerator powered electric vehicles continues to grow as pollution is seen as an increasing problem in our cities. The hybrid electric vehicle will allow a vehicle to operate with very low emissions in cities but have an acceptable range for long distance travelling. Commercial interest in the genset has continued to grow and the Corporation is being pressed for early release of prototypes for evaluation by potential distributors. The principal method of exploitation of the Corporation's products will be via licence agreements with distributors who have the distribution network in place and can support a genset product. In addition, the Corporation intends to licence manufacturers for mass production of gensets but will undertake limited assembly and test of gensets in order to be able to support distributors and large scale manufacturers. The Corporation will be seeking to raise further finance to address the expansion in the first half of 1995. The Corporation has received Exchange approval for the release of two-thirds of the 9,479,000 Class "A" Common Shares, which are currently held in escrow escrow Instrument, such as a deed, money, or property, that constitutes evidence of obligations between two or more parties and is held by a third party. It is delivered by the third party only upon fulfillment of some condition. . -0- THE ALBERTA STOCK EXCHANGE NEITHER APPROVES OR DISAPPROVES OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN.
