SCARTEEN Fox and Holding Court added to Racing Post Trophy.

PSCARTEEN Fox and Holding Court were yesterday both added to the field for next Saturday's Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster.

PThe pair were supplemented to the last Group One race of the season at a cost of pounds 15,000 apiece.

PDavid Elsworth, who won the race with Seattle Rhyme in 1991, had announced his intention to enter Scarteen Fox, winner of a maiden at Newbury and the Somerville Tattersall Stakes at Newmarket.

PBut Brian Meehan's decision to add Holding Court to the line-up is more of a surprise, as the Listed Zetland Stakes had been mentioned as the colt's likely target after his six-length win at Haydock Park last Wednesday.
