Tufail Haider got the forged documents prepared in the name of his grand father and transferred the land in his name. Tufail also got fake degree from district court Lahore with regard to this plot, he submitted. I moved an application in sessions court upon it and the court suspended the degree issued to Tufail Haider after the factual position came to light . Officers of Lahore Police DSP Tariq Azeem and Nasir Mehmood Bajwa helped Tufail Haider in this case. The then DIG investigation Lahore Mushtaq Sukhera used to meet Tufail Haider in personal capacity, he informed. He submitted home department awarded punishment to 3 DSPs involved in this case. DIG Mushtaq Sukhera refuted the charges levelled against him. The CJP while expressing his displeasure observed that police officers who were involved in instituting false cases and abetting a·bet tr.v. a·bet·ted, a·bet·ting, a·bets 1.
