SBC Warburg announces new senior management team for the Americas.

During his tenure as regional CEO, Dugan was instrumental in a number of accomplishments including the integration of certain business lines of The O'Connor Partnership into the then existing Capital Markets & Treasury organization of Swiss Bank Corp.

Brief Biographies

John Dugan

American. He joined Swiss Bank Corp. in 1992 after joining The O'Connor Partnerships in 1981 as Controller. He was named a General Partner of O'Connor in 1983, and became Managing Partner in 1989. He was a Managing Director of Swiss Bank Corp. and Chief Executive Officer for North America and a member of the SBC Group Executive Board. Before joining O'Connor, Dugan served as executive vice president & chief financial officer at Purcell, Graham & Co. Prior to that, he worked at Bear Stearns The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. (NYSE: BSC) is the parent company of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., one of the largest global investment banks and securities trading and brokerage firms in the world.  & Co. as vice president & controller; and at Baker, Weeks & Co. as vice president, operations & chief financial officer. He began his career in financial services at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.

Simon Canning

British. He joined Swiss Bank Corp. in London in 1986 as Executive Director in Corporate Finance. In 1990 he was made Managing Director and President of Swiss Bank Corp. Investment banking (SBCI SBCI Standards-Based Curriculum Initiative

Prior to this, he was Global Head of OECD Credit Fixed Income, which includes Syndicate, Eurobond Trading, U.S. Corporates, High Yield, Loans, Asset Backed Securities, and Credit Derivatives. Before joining Swiss Bank Corp. in 1995, he had been with CS First Boston, in London and New York. Muhr is a Graduate Mag. Rer. Soc. Oec. of the University of Business and Economics, Vienna Austria. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools. Since 2001, UCLA has enrolled over 33,000 total students, and that number is steadily rising. .
