SAUDI ARABIA - New Saudi Aramco Board.

King Abdullah King Abdullah can refer to:
  • Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, regent of Saudi Arabia since 1995 and king since 2005.
  • Abdullah II, king of Jordan since 1999
  • Abdullah I, Emir of Transjordan (1921–1946) and King of Transjordan (1946–1951)
 on July 31, 2007, issued a decree reconstituting Saudi Aramco's board of directors for a period of three years beginning on Sept. 27, with Minister Na'imi retained as its chairman. The new members are: King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM or UPM) (Arabic:جامعة الملك فهد للبترول و  Rector Khaled ibn Saleh al-Sultan; Saudi Aramco Saudi Aramco, the state-owned national oil company of Saudi Arabia, is the largest oil corporation in the world and the world's largest in terms of proven crude oil reserves and production.  Senior VP for Engineering & Project Management Salim S. al-Aydh; former chairman of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group Mark Moody-Stuart Sir Mark Moody-Stuart (Born 15 September 1940, Antigua) was appointed non-executive chairman of Anglo American plc in 2001 [1]and is an ex-chairman of Royal Dutch Shell and a director of HSBC Holdings and of Accenture. ; and former executive VP of the International Finance Corp and Managing Director of the World Bank Peter Woicke.

The other members of the new board are: Finance Minister Assaf; King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology President Suwaiyel; Secretary-General of the Supreme Economic Council (SEC) and Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority Abdul-Rahman al-Tuwaijri; Saudi Aramco CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Jum'ah; Saudi Aramco Sr VP for Refining, Marketing and International Abdul-Aziz ibn Fahd al-Khayyal; Saudi Aramco Sr VP for Industrial Relations Khaled A. al-Faleh; and former president/CEO of Texaco James W. Kinnear.
