Infineon To Integrate Worldwide Operations and

Enhance Customer Service

SAP AG (NYSE:SAP) today announced that Infineon Technologies AG, a leading provider of semiconductor solutions, will implement mySAP(TM) Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) as part of its strategy to integrate its worldwide operations and further improve customer service.

Taking advantage of SAP's leading analytical capabilities, Infineon expects to drive more value in every phase of its customer interactions and business processes. In particular, the enhanced opportunity management integrated into the sales forecasts will enable Infineon to gain a better view and understanding of its upcoming sales opportunities. mySAP CRM will provide enterprisewide connectivity for Infineon sales and marketing employees in mobile and online settings.
