 Computer of Taiwan. The partners hope to utilize their strengths to implement a standard product platform and joint purchasing of materials and components in order to be ready for the year end holiday shopping season.

SANYO will spin off development and purchasing operations of its TV business and establish a new company in October 2006, and Quanta plans to invest a 19% stake in the new company. The new company will cover development and purchasing of SANYO's TV business for all regions including Japan, North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , Europe and China.

With the reorganization, SANYOs TV business headquarters, along with administration functions, will be transferred to North America. SANYO will change the name of SANYO Manufacturing Corporation, a TV manufacturing company in North America, to SANYO TV International Corporation and establish headquarters for SANYO's TV business.

SANYO TV International Corporation will create two business groups, a flat panel TV business for North America and Europe and a CRT (1) (C RunTime) See runtime library.

SANYO Electronics Indonesia, and in China, Dongguan Huaquiang SANYO Electronics Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Huaqiang SANYO Technology Design Co., Ltd. reporting.
