SANTA CLAUS TAKES TO RAIL.Byline: Sharon Cotal Staff Writer FILLMORE - The Fillmore & Western Railway Co. offers a trip back in time this holiday season on the vintage coaches, stately business and classic parlor cars of its historic steam trains. Two seasonal train rides are being held on weekends during December, including the Christmas Tree Christmas tree Evergreen tree, usually decorated with lights and ornaments, to celebrate the Christmas season. Santa will be aboard, handing out treats and visiting with the children during the ride. The train departs from Fillmore at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through Dec. 24. The cost is $16 for adults, $14 for seniors, $8 for children 4 to 12, and $5 for infants to age 3. The ticket price does not include the price of the tree.
