SANTA CLARITA TO MULL REVISION OF SIGN-UPS FOR HOOPS PROGRAM.

The city's wildly popular youth basketball program might get some modifications that would make it easier for Santa Clarita Santa Clarita, city (1990 pop. 110,642), Los Angeles co., S Calif., suburb 30 mi (48 km) NW of downtown Los Angeles, on the Santa Clara River; inc. 1987. The City Council on Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  will consider setting up a one-week priority registration period for Santa Clarita residents. The city would continue to allow both residents and nonresidents to sign up for the activities for the same cost.
