SANTA CLARITA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL; LINEUP OF MOVIES STAYS KID-FRIENDLY.Byline: Mary Schubert Daily News Staff Writer In a suburb fast becoming an entertainment industry base, filmmakers, actors, distributors and audiences will converge for a weeklong cinematic celebration starting today at the Valencia Town Center. The fourth annual Santa Clarita Santa Clarita, city (1990 pop. 110,642), Los Angeles co., S Calif., suburb 30 mi (48 km) NW of downtown Los Angeles, on the Santa Clara River; inc. 1987.
