SAN FERNANDO VALLEY BRIEFLY\Ex-songwriter suffers seizure.

A former Motown songwriter accused in the fatal shooting of a Woodland Hills man was hospitalized in critical condition following a diabetic seizure Forcible possession; a grasping, snatching, or putting in possession.

In Criminal Law, a seizure is the forcible taking of property by a government law enforcement official from a person who is suspected of violating, or is known to have violated, the law.
, authorities said.

Evans' body was found Dec. 7, 1994, inside his Del Valle Street home.

Goga was taken to Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, where doctors determined he had cranial cranial /cra·ni·al/ (-al)
