Under the terms of the agreement, TouchPoint's extended CRM capabilities will be added to the existing ACAPS Anywhere front-end interface.

The integrated package, ACAPS Anywhere Powered by TouchPoint, will expand loan origination functions outside traditional lending silos, provide consolidated customer profiles from across financial institutions, and incorporate sales and service capabilities into the loan origination process. TouchPoint's browser-based interface also will allow ACAPS functionality to be accessed via the Internet.
