S.R. Burzynski M.D., Ph.D. Announces Approval of Facility to Manufacture Antineoplastons for Poland.


HOUSTON -- The intent of the release dated July 22, 2004 by S.R. Burzynski, M.D., Ph.D. was to announce the approval of its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Stafford, Texas Stafford is a city in the U.S. state of Texas within the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown Metropolitan Area. Stafford is mostly in Fort Bend County with a small portion in Harris County. As of the 2000 U.S. Census, the city population was 15,681. , for initial production of cancer medications to be distributed in Poland and, eventually, in the E.U. The release was not intended to mean that a manufacturing plant would be built in Poland. The decision to construct a plant in Poland will be made in the future, after an evaluation of demand and market conditions.

:BZYR), has announced that the Polish government's Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector in Warsaw, Poland, approved the company's manufacturing facility in Stafford, Texas (near Houston) for manufacturing Dr. Burzynski's patented cancer therapy, Antineoplastons, for distribution in Poland.

This marks a significant milestone toward gaining market approval for the experimental targeted gene therapy in Poland and, ultimately, in the European Union European Union (EU), name given since the ratification (Nov., 1993) of the Treaty of European Union, or Maastricht Treaty, to the
