S. Goodstein expands in Great Neck.

S. Goodstein Realty is opening a new office in Great Neck, NY, the hometown of two of the Goodstein principals, Steven and Ivan Goodstein. The company is a full-service real estate brokerage company, dealing in sales and rentals of upscale residential properties - private homes, co-ops and condominiums - as well as commercial and investment properties.

The Great Neck office has opened with 14 brokers on staff, but the firm is continuing to aggressively recruit top professionals. "This opening was a natural for us - living in the community for over 27 years, we knew there was room for a more sophisticated array of real estate services," said Ivan Goodstein, president of S. Goodstein Realty. "With our name-recognition and reputation, we are filling a void in the real estate market - treating all buyers and sellers with the type of professionalism and integrity that benefits everyone. In fact, since word started circulating several months ago that we were about to start our operation, we have been contacted by many brokers about joining our firm!"

"This brokerage operation is a perfect complement to our other areas of real estate expertise, which include the development of private homes, rental and condominiums, high-rise apartment houses, construction management and ownership and management of thousands of apartments," Steven Goodstein adds. "We've developed residential properties in the Hamptons and Montauk, and we're currently developing private homes and assisted-living residences in Florida."

With three generations of real estate expertise, Goodstein prides itself on being a full-service real estate firm. Its new Great Neck office will offer several third-party, on-site opportunities to support clients in their house and apartment purchase - including interior design consulting, mortgage brokerage services (with the possibility of on-the-spot pre-qualification), and title insurance availability.

According to Nathaniel Plotkin, a partner and Chief Operating Officer of S. Goodstein Realty, the opportunity to succeed in Great Neck is extraordinary.
