S-G arranges $112m loan for newest Athena condo.

, serving as financial advisor to The Athena Group, has arranged $112 million in debt and equity for the development of "A" Jersey City, a 33-story, luxury condominium project located at 389 Washington Boulevard The following roads are named Washington Boulevard:
  • Washington Boulevard (Arlington)
  • Washington Boulevard (Baltimore)
  • Washington Boulevard (Detroit)
  • Washington Boulevard (Los Angeles)
  • Washington Boulevard (Stamford)
 in the heart of Jersey City's Waterfront District.

Sonnenblick-Goldman arranged the construction loan for the development with Corus Bank, based in Chicago, and the joint venture equity with GoldenTree InSite Partners, based in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
