S&E to market Great Neck space.

Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for a four-building class-A office complex on the highly desirable Gold Coast of Long Island.

The appointment was announced by Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP Office Realty LLC.

The complex, located at 277, 285, 295 and 305 Northern Blvd. in Great Neck, N.Y., totals 92,566 rentable s/f and is located in the strong Western Nassau office market, where the overall vacancy rate at the end of 2005 was 5.89%.

The buildings are owned by Houlihan-Parnes Realty and managed by GHP Office Realty, its of rice management and leasing subsidiary. GHP acquired the buildings a year ago from Jobco Realty & Equity. A major capital improvement program is in progress.

These properties, located in the affluent village of Great Neck, offer close proximity to Long Island Jewish and North Shore University Hospitals and excellent access to the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State and Cross Island Parkways.

A Sutton & Edwards team that includes senior director Ken Enos, senior executive director Jim Fitzsimons and associates Seth Leiderman and Ed Kahn are spearheading the leasing efforts.
