NEW YORK--(BW HealthWire)--March 28, 2001

RxCentric Inc. (www.RxCentric.com), a leading Internet marketing solutions provider to the pharmaceutical industry, and NursingHands Inc., (www.NursingHands.com), a leading website for nurses and professional nursing associations, announced today that they have entered into a co-marketing agreement.

Under the agreement, RxCentric and NursingHands will promote each other's products and services to their existing and prospective pharmaceutical clients. The agreement will provide pharmaceutical companies access to RxCentric's online nationally representative communities of more than 25,000 physician members as well as NursingHands' community of more than 50,000 nurses and nurse practitioners. It is expected that the partnership will enhance both firms' ability to offer a broad array of online marketing products to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical supply companies.

"With the growth of managed care, nurses are taking an increasing role in total patient care," said Richard Findlay, RxCentric's President and Chief Executive Officer. "The NursingHands partnership is a natural fit for RxCentric and enhances our ability to offer pharmaceutical companies innovative and comprehensive online marketing solutions including online detailing, sampling and marketing campaigns."
