:RXPC) in March 06 initiated a corporate movement to retire the majority of issued and outstanding common stock from the highpoint of 187 million. In an ongoing effort to secure the company we announce the additional retirement of 8 million shares.

Rx Processing Corp. received a commitment yesterday to retire an additional 8 million shares to further the reduction in the issued and outstanding shares to approximately 61.8 million by September 13th, 2006.
