Rust-Oleum has launched its new Virtual Solutions interactive website at www.rustoleum.com/virtualsolutions. The new site is designed to provide coating recommendations and specifications in 30 seconds or less.

By clicking on the appropriate industry selection, facility managers, distributors, contractors or applicators are put into a virtual factory environment. The navigation directs the user to various locations in a typical plant and yields solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

At the site, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and power/electric industries are represented with realistic, detailed line drawings. Applications within each of these facilities can be applied to any light or heavy-duty manufacturing environment. The user selects the industry and is provided with a virtual facility layout. Each layout is complete with equipment and structural surfaces commonly found in that specific environment. In addition, Virtual Solutions provides coating specifications, surface preparation and application instructions along with technical information.
