Rupert Theobald.


Rupert Rupert, 1352–1410, German king (1400–1410), elector palatine of the Rhine. He was elected German king after the deposition of Wenceslaus. Seeking the imperial crown, Rupert went to Italy.  Theobald Theobald, or the French form Thibau(l)t, may refer to:

Wisconsin (wĭskŏn`sən, –sĭn), upper midwestern state of the United States. It is bounded by Lake Superior and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, from which it is divided by the Menominee
 Legislative Reference Bureau for 30 years, died Nov. 9 after a lengthy illness. Theobald was born in Berlin, Germany, in 1930, and came to Wisconsin at age 20 to study at the University of Wisconsin on a scholarship and pursue a career as a reporter. But instead he found employment as a research associate with the Legislative Reference Library, and spent the next 37 years there. He defined the role of the agency. Following a national search, he was appointed bureau chief in 1964. At his retirement in 1994, the Legislature dedicated the 1995-1996 Blue Book to him and named the Reference Bureau Library the Dr. H. Rupert Theobald Legislative Library.
