 Chapter will co-host a Tuesday, December 6 luncheon, bringing together the leading associations for women real estate professionals and corporate real estate professionals.

The luncheon will feature the premiere of a new format, an off-the-cuff, candid conversation conducted by a well known real estate media personage with an industry superstar.

In "Candid Conversations: Meet the Mogul", the mogul is William C. Rudin, president, Rudin Management Company, Inc. In 1979, Bill joined the family real estate business started by his grandfather Samuel Rudin in 1925. He worked closely with his father Lewis and uncle Jack to manage the Rudin portfolio of 16 office towers, comprising more than 10 million square feet of space, and 22 luxury apartment buildings.

Appointed president in 1993, Bill put his own personal mark on the family business by giving new life to old residential and commercial properties through conversion into technology-smart buildings. Like his grandfather, father and uncle, Bill is actively involved in the city's political, civic and philanthropic life. The luncheon will be held at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue at 40th Street. An hour of networking begins at 11:30 AM, followed by the luncheon and program. There is no charge for AREW members. Cost for AREW nonmembers is $100. There is a $10 surcharge for AREW walk-ins. Cost for CoreNet members is $75. CoreNet end-users, $35. CoreNet nonmembers: $125. Add $25 at the door.
