Royalty Owners group plans meeting in Searcy.

The Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners will hold its first meeting Aug. 4 at the Heritage Building, Room 206, at Harding University at Searcy from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Speakers from the national association, oil and gas companies and members of the board will share information with royalty owners in the Fayetteville Shale exploration area.

Cost is $30 per person for Arkansas chapter members and $50 for nonmembers. A continental breakfast and lunch are included with registration.
