Royal Society/Medicine expands

In an expansion move negotiated by Wilrock National, Inc., the London-based Royal Society of Medicine Foundation, Inc. has tripled the size of its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 headquarters by leasing 4,000 square feet of space in the tower at 150 East 58th Street in Manhattan.

Diane Wilson, director, of Wilrock National, Inc., negotiated the 10-year leasing transaction, which has an aggregate rental valued rental value n. the amount which would be paid for rental of similar property in the same condition in the same area. Evidence of rental value becomes important in lawsuits in which loss of use of real property or equipment is an issue, and the rental value is the  in excess of $1.2 million. Abrams Benisch Riker Inc., the building's leasing agent, represented the landlord.
