NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--Royal Mail US Inc., a subsidiary of the British Post Office, today announced the appointment of David Walker David Walker may refer to:

Walker joins Royal Mail US Inc from Post Office Counters Ltd., the retail arm of the British Post Office, where he was Director of its Branded Markets Business Centre, which generated annual revenues of $650 million in fiscal 1997-98.
