"In 2000, when we purchased the winery," says Morgan Zaninovich, general manager, "it was clear that we had a highly sought after Napa Valley location associated with producing ultra premium wines, though our marquee carried the name of our California appellation brand, Round Hill." Rutherford Ranch wines have always been made at the Round Hill winery, but there has never been a winery on the site dedicated to the Napa appellation brand. This is the first of many changes we have planned, all part of our commitment to making world class Napa Valley wines."
