RotoMetrics' new logo wins prize.

RotoMetrics, a worldwide manufacturer of rotary dies and tooling headquartered in Eureka, MO, USA, has unveiled a new corporate logo, a move aimed at strengthening international brand identity, company officials say. The logo includes a graphic interpretation of a rotary die that quickly communicates RotoMetrics' core manufacturing business.

"With the company's 50th anniversary approaching (1957-2007), we felt the time was right to give the RotoMetrics logo a fresh, updated look," says Karen Moreland, vice president of international operations. "The addition of a distinctive blue graphic to our logo better illustrates who we are and what we do. Our goal was to create a unique visual that converters would easily recognize as a symbol of our quality products and customer service for years to come."

Not only has the logo caught the eye of those in the converting industry, it also received accolades from marketing professionals. At the recent Targeted Advertising and Marketing Awards in St. Louis, RotoMetrics' new logo captured the Gold award in the category of "Corporate Identity Graphics--Logos or Trademarks Designed for a Company or its Products". Judging was based on concept, execution and results.

RotoMetrics manufactures rotary tooling for the printing and converting industries. The company operates several facilities in the United States, as well as in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
