It is also the principal city of the Pine Bluff Metropolitan Statistical Area and part of the Little Rock-North Little Rock-Pine Bluff, Arkansas Combined  unanimously agreed to sell the historic property to IBAC Corporation. The Property will be a 100% owned subsidiary of IBAC Corporation
