Ross M. Miller, MD, MPH, CPE, FACPE.

Ross M. Miller, MD, MPH, CPE, FACPE, is chief medical officer for the Los Angeles Free Clinic, a three-site safety-net comprehensive community health care agency serving the under-and uninsured population of Los Angeles County. In this role, he is responsible for all clinical operations including medical, nursing, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and laboratory services, outreach and education, and quality and risk management. Additionally, Miller provides consultative leadership for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Clinical Resource Management Department in disease management. He was previously vice president and senior medical director for Quality Management for the West Coast region of CIGNA HealthCare. Miller also continues to lecture regularly on a national level for multiple organizations, peer review medical and managed care journals and is a consultant for various health care organizations.
