In addition, some 350 current rental apartments at Port Imperial will be converted to condominiums. Roseland will continue to manage the properties, including development and construction. Lennar will oversee the marketing and branding of the developed communities. "It's a win-win situation for Roseland, Lennar and the municipalities," adds Brad Klatt, another Roseland principal. "Our joint venture will generate more than $2 billion in home sales over the next five or six years.
