Rose Associates, Inc. has completed a lease for LensCrafters LensCrafters is North America's largest retailer of prescription eyewear, as well as non-prescription sunglasses. LensCrafters was founded in 1983 and has subsequently expanded to over 850 stores in Canada, the United States, and Puerto Rico.  Optique at Georgetown Georgetown, city, Guyana
Georgetown, city (1985 est. pop. 75,000), capital and largest city of Guyana, on the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Demerara River.
 Plaza, 755 Broadway between Astor Place and East Eighth Street. The retailer signed a 10-year lease for 850 s/f.

Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus. He aided William I in his conquest of England (1066) and was given lands in England.  Spiegel, senior managing director of commercial leasing for Rose Associates, represented building owner Rose Associates. LensCrafters Optique was represented by DiMucci Partners.
