Rose gets the Crumbs.


Rose Associates, Inc. has completed a transaction with Crumbs CRUMBS is an improvisational theatre duo based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

The duo consists of two actors, Stephen Sim, and Lee White. Other members include videographers, musicians, photographers, webmasters, illustrators, producers, agents, publicists, graphic

The specialty bakery signed a 10-year lease for 1,243 s/f of ground floor space at 37 E. Eighth St.

University Walk is comprised of 27 stores, totaling approximately 60,000 s/f of retail space. University Walk spans the north side of East Eighth Street from Broadway to University Place and continues to the Ninth Street corner along both avenues. Rose Associates, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the entire retail complex.

William Bergman, commercial leasing coordinator with Rose Associates, Inc., represented building owner Uniway Partners L.P. and tenant Crumbs Bake Shop in the transaction.
