Rose Ryntz.


A noted authority on coatings for automotive plastics, Rose Ryntz has been named the 2004 recipient of the Women's Automotive Association International's Professional Achievement Award, to be presented September 16 at the association's award dinner in Detroit, MI.

Dr. Ryntz joined Visteon Corp., Dearborn, MI, in 2000 and is currently director for their Advanced Materials Advanced Materials is a leading peer-reviewed materials science journal published every two weeks. Advanced Materials includes Communications, Reviews, and Feature Articles from the cutting edge of materials science, including topics in chemistry, physics,  Engineering Group. In addition, Dr. Ryntz has held key technical positions with Ford Motor Co., DuPont Automotive Coatings, and Akzo Nobel Akzo Nobel is a multinational company, active in the fields of healthcare products, coatings and chemicals. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the company has activities in more than 80 countries, and employs approximately 62,000 people.  Coatings.

The current Secretary-Treasurer of the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology and member of its Detroit Society, Dr. Ryntz serves on numerous FSCT FSCT Federation of Societies for Coating Technology
