Rose Associates fills up 60,000 s/f of retail at University Place.


Rose Associates, Inc. has completed two transactions at University Walk, located on Eighth Street between Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Rose Associates, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the entire retail complex.

, senior managing director of the commercial leasing department at Rose Associates, Inc., represented building owner Uniway Partners L.P. in both transactions. Jim Riela of Riela Real Estate represented Planet Gyro. Spiegel also represented Golden French Cleaners in its lease.

. The Greek restaurant has another location at 94 Greenwich St. Its new store at University Walk is expected to open at the end of April.

Golden French Cleaners took the space occupying Best Color Photo's former store at the property.
