ACWA American Clean Water Association ) today announced that Ronald L. Davis has joined the ACWA staff as state legislative director. He assumes the position January 17.
A longtime legislative advocate with extensive experience in water-related issues, Davis represented the Santa Clara Valley Water District The Santa Clara Valley Water District provides stream stewardship, wholesale water supply and flood protection for Santa Clara County, California, in the southern San Francisco Bay Area. before the Legislature for 12 years. He managed the district's Government Relations Unit and worked on numerous bills related to water supply, flood control, safe drinking water drinking water
