Roman pays pounds 60m for 767.

CHELSEA boss Roman Abramovich has spent pounds 60million on an Airforce One-style flying headquarters.

The Russian multi-billionaire is fitting a Boeing 767 with luxury items and a missile defence system.

At the moment the dad-of-five uses a Boeing 737 to fly between London and Moscow, but takes delivery of the new plane in seven months.

Last year the oil tycoon bought a pounds 3.5million yacht with a missile detection system and a submarine.

State auditors in Russia's bankrupt Chukotka region, governed by Abramovich, are examining tax breaks given to his company Sibneft.
