(Nasdaq:CCRD), an industry leader in optimizing IT services to drive business success, will extend its existing use of Rogue Wave(R) technology.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement, Concord Communications, a user of Rogue Wave(R) SourcePro(R) C++ software for over 10 years, will now also use the SourcePro C++ technology in its eHealth(TM) Suite which monitors the health of its clients' applications, systems, and networks. In addition, Concord Communications has agreed to purchase Rogue Wave(R) Lightweight Enterprise Integration Framework (LEIF) to facilitate the transition to a service-oriented architecture (SOA) in the future.
