Rockwood retained for Galleria sale.

Rockwood Realty has been retained on an exclusive basis by Pacific Acquisition Corporation to arrange the sale of Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco, California.

The Property is comprised of the Stonestown Galleria, a dominant super regional mall with gross leasable area of approximately 861,635 square feet and Stonestown Medical Office Building which consists of approximately 54,276 square feet of retail and medical office space. The Property is situated on approximately 40.68 acres of land, located along 19th Avenue, approximately five miles southwest of downtown San Francisco, California.

The Property totals approximately 915,911 square feet and is currently 96.5 percent leased. The Offering includes approximately 487,618 square feet square feet, which is exclusive of Macy's, which owns its own store and associated land parcel and Nordstrom, which owns its own store and leases its associated land parcel.

Inspirired by Milan's famous Galleria Victor Emmanuel, Stonestown Galleria features hand selected marble and granite, polished steel and chrome accents and more than 10,000 linear feet of atrium skylights that adorn the common areas of the Mall with an abundance of natural light.

Stonestown Galleria is the dominant super regional mall in the greater San Francisco Bay area, boasing an impressive tenant roster that generated approximately $234 million in mall-wide sales for the 12-month period ending February 29, 2004. Comparable sales for tenants occupying less than 10,000 square feet were $454 per square foot in calendar year 2003 and were $466 per square foot for the 12-month period ending February 29, 2004.
