Rockwell FirstPoint announces field trial of FirstPoint Enterprise v10.0.
Rockwell FirstPoint Contact Corp., a provider of call and contact
center solutions, has announced its FirstPoint Enterprise v10.0 is
currently in field trial with customers. The product now provides
system-wide monitoring to manage components across single- or multisite
FirstPoint Enterprise environments. Additionally, new features that
FirstPoint Enterprise v10.0 offers, in addition to its extensive
routing, reporting and monitoring functionality, include: complete
contact history tracking; agent on-demand; cradle-to-grave reporting;
software distribution; server and database consolidation; and solution
monitoring and alarming. Additionally, the product can now be deployed
to other underlying platforms, such as IP-based infrastructure and
IP-PBXs, allowing companies with an existing IP infrastructure already
in place to transition to a VoIP solution with all of the queuing,
routing and reporting features found in the FirstPoint Enterprise
product operating on a time-division multiplexing (TDM) infrastructure.
