Rockwell FirstPoint Contact introduces partner program.
Rockwell FirstPoint Contact Corp., a provider of call and contact
center solutions, has introduced its new FirstPoint Advantage Partner
Program for value-added resellers and distributors, consulting and
systems integrators and managed services providers. The new program will
provide tools, programs and processes for Rockwell FirstPoint
Contact's partners, enabling them to deliver the solutions and a
high level of service to their end-user contact center customers. The
program consists of three tiers, which represent call center experience
and sales success establishing referenceable accounts. The tiers include
Certified, Three Star and Five Star. As part of the program, Rockwell
FirstPoint Contact provides training and certification, based on the
roles the reseller's employees will assume as they sell, implement
and support Rockwell FirstPoint Contact's solutions.
