After waiting 45 minutes for a taxi in the Disneyland-esque line at the airport, I finally arrived at the spot where Danny was going to attempt the record bomb drop.  up to fail. He first jumped in boardless to get a feel for the whole deal. After toying around with it on four or five attempts, Danny committed. Another record was in the books, and Robin Leach was there to get the interview. Danny even went up again to make sure any late comers got a chance to see it.

What's next? Who knows. Is it getting to the point where vert skaters have to spend close to a million dollars just to get a photo in the mag? Stay tuned ...
