Rock Bottom Aides Endangered Salmon Species; Proceeds From Sales to Benefit Local Salmon Recovery Efforts.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery announces its three Pacific Northwest locations in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA and Bellevue, WA will team up to raise money for local Salmon recovery efforts. On Thursday, September 5, each Rock Bottom will tap a classic ESB style brew and donate a portion of the proceeds of the sale of the beer to the worthy cause. Rock Bottom is also partnering with the National Fish and Wildlife Fund who generously agreed to match a donation from the funds raised by Rock Bottom for the Wildlife Fund.

Each participating Rock Bottom location will also provide volunteers from its staff to get their hands dirty while working with local organizations to help rebuild streambeds and plant native vegetation in efforts to improve salmon habitat.

"Salmon recovery will be an important area of conservation for years to come and we at Rock Bottom believe that it's an issue close to the hearts of the people of the Pacific Northwest.
