Rochester hotel buy.


Hospitality with Sperry Van Ness in Stamford, Conn. announced the sale of the Wellesley Inn Rochester South, located at 797 E. Henrietta Road in Rochester, N.Y.

, a subsidiary of Prime Hospitality controlled by the Blackstone Group, was the seller and the buyer was Brighton Hotel, Inc. Harem acted as the sole broker in the transaction.

The buyer will invest approximately $1 million in upgrades to the property and will reintroduce the hotel under another national brand's flag soon to be announced To be announced (TBA)
