Haynes (age 42) has been named to the Company's Board of Directors. Haynes' appointment expands the Company's Board to include 12 directors. Haynes is comptroller and corporate secretary for Delmar Haynes Pontiac GMC in Alcoa, Tennessee, a high-volume automobile dealer with more than $50 million in annual sales. She was recently named by General Motors Corporation as the official successor dealer/operator of that company, ensuring a smooth transition when her father, Delmar E. Haynes, retires.
