Robert W. Brenner.

Robert W. Brenner, MD, MMM, is medical director at Summit Medical Group in Berkeley Heights, N.J. Brenner came to Summit Medical Group from Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, N.J. He heads the physician care team at Summit and helps to ensure continuous quality improvement. He also works with physician recruitment, strategic planning and direction of the clinical programs. In practice since 1990, Brenner combines strong clinical experience with expertise in training other physicians and medical administration. Prior to his medical administration position with Mountainside Hospital, he was residency director of the Mountainside Family Practice Associates and medical director and associate residency director at Somerset Medical Center. He was in private practice at Westfield Family Practice in Westfield, N.J. from 1994 to 1995. Brenner is also a clinical associate professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of N.J. and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
